An Area Manager invites you by email. You register and sign in to the platform. From that point you work with the Affiliate role. Once registered, you will be able to:

• Maintain your researcher profile. Fill in your professional information and keep it up to date.

• Add and manage research products. This includes the products you upload and products uploaded by a colleague where you appear among the authors.

• List the authors of each product. In the Authors section you select profiles that are already registered, or you add a name as text. Adding a name as text does not register that person. The person later receives an invitation to register. On registration the system matches the name entered earlier to their profile, and the product joins the ones they manage.

• Submit products for review. Each submitted product goes to the manager of your thematic area. The reviewer edits it, rejects it with a comment, or publishes it. You receive the notification by email and in your reserved area.

• Receive communications from Fondazione Grins, subject to your consent.

What is outside the role. You consult events, projects, research lines, and campaigns from the public section of the site. You do not manage them.

Administrator, Area Manager, and Deputy manage the content of their thematic area. They review and publish the products submitted by affiliates. They manage research lines, projects, events, and campaigns. They invite new users from the Network section. The Administrator works across all areas and has access to the Drupal panel.
