Full Professor at the Department of Management, Information and Production Engineering at the University of Bergamo, where he teaches Finance and Human Resource Management in the Digital Era. Director of the BSc and MSc programmes in Management Engineering and Deputy Director of the Centre on Higher Education and Youth Employment (HEYE), where leading the Research Group on Higher Education. Previously a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Centre for Econometric Analysis, Cass Business School (City, University of London), and advisor to the Ministry of University and Research.
