The research team investigates the potential effects of disturbances arising from events such as supply chain interruptions, new technologies, climate change, natural disasters, geopolitical tensions, and similar factors.

Furthermore, the research stream seeks to address the question of which managerial practices support resilience and sustainability. In particular, the researchers will focus on the following tools: (i) increased business flexibility and agility; (ii) end-to-end solutions that minimize environmental impact; (iii) a skilled and talented workforce; and (iv) organisational controls designed to promote resilience within companies.
